I bought an Omega Swatch to the Moon from their website adn when i finally got it. It was a fake. The box was different the watch color was different,labels on the box were mispeled. DO NOT USE THIS on the WEBSITE. They sell fake stuff. I have tried to return a fake watch sold through their platform, but they want me to spend more money proving the item is fake. I send them pictures for a watch that is reall vs. the fake one i got from them…proving that the watch is fake. Yet they want me to spend more money on proving it s fake. The box on watch has mispelling…are you serious guys. Swatch does not have mispelling on their label. This is ridiculous. This website is ridiculous and a scam. Save your money they dont authenticate their items like other platforms. DO NOT USE MERCARI…It s a Scam and their customer service is terrible…i am will never buy from this website and you should not either…STAY AWAY…
