I notice that I only had $6.00 available instead of $69.00. Somehow I was able to talk with someone and the finale answer was they cashed me out with a gift card and my email was hidden so I never received it. However, while I was put on hold several times, a recording is letting me know my trial offer for $2.98 is for a month and $30 each month after that. Right then the customer service person comes back on with “sorry about that” and starts talking about my gift card. Immediately after hanging up I get a call from my credit card fraud department and they give me a # to call and tell them to delete my credit card info. I did, they said they would and they haven’t taken the charge off yet. That was 9 days ago. Still no gift card.
