The quoted price that you think are paying is wrong. You’ll end up paying a higher sum than even booking through the airline itself. And it is NOT shown in the summary page before you hit the pay button. Like many others, I had been scammed and ended up paying few hundred bucks more than the cheap price that draws me there in the first place. I regret not reading the reviews before booking with these guys. And the customer service message is rubbish – they will just tell you to read the terms and conditions before booking. And I did read through it, the languages are no different to other booking companies. An honest company will put the true figure before a customer pays.
