I placed an order and did not receive any confirmation email. iHerb took my money straight away and now when I log in to my account there is no order visible. I tried to email customer service but they require an order number for my email to be submitted, however no order number has ever been given. This seems like a fraudulent website. Unless I receive a response today I am reporting them for fraud. Do not trust this company!
