That pause subscription is a total fraud and they use it to charge after a certain period of time without you knowing about it… they deliberately offer multiple steps prior to cancellation and retain you as a customer for a certain period of time (1, 3, 6 months) and after you forget about it they continue charging your credit card without notice… even though they promise not to worry as they presumably send a “7-day reminder” to your email which of course they don’t until you notice in your bank statement… beware of this new feature…
