VRBO is a big scam don’t rent from them or leave your card on file with these people. I made a reservation cancled the reservation less then an hour later…they still charged my card and have refused to help me; more then 2 months later I am still working with my card to dispute the bogus charge on my account. They are hiding behind some policy about canceling the reservation, even though the reservation was made AFTER this poilcies date…go to airbnb and leave VRBO these owners are theives and VRBO customer service is useless, they over charge take your moeny and hide behind vegue and obscure polices.
