Charged us almost $1,000 and won’t issue a refund for a service we don’t use! My husband signed up for this unaware that there was a 7 day refund policy and he didn’t even want to sign up for the yearly subscription he only wanted monthly. We can’t even use this service on our phones and we paid $1,000, are you kidding me? We have never even used this and now they won’t refund us! We will be contacting our credit card provider and submitting this as a fraud charge. Unbelievable and ridiculous to say the least. Makes sense why they only have a 2 star rating. I want a refund.
