*Beware* My experience has been the same as many other 1* reviews – Phone with no damage (had been in a case, with a screen protector from new) sent in its original packaging, mysteriously receives a lower offer when received due to a ‘scratch visible at 30 cm’.When I challenged this, declined the lower offer, and asked for its return they sent me a photo of a phone with a scratch on that wasn’t there when I sent it, but offered me £10 more than their previous lower offer to save them postage costs.I still asked for it to be sent back to me in its original box, but they sent it back without this so I know have a phone with a scratch that wasn’t there originally & no original box.Feels like a scam – If you do use them make sure you take lots of photos before you send you phone in to them to protect yourself or else they will try to rip you off.
