SCAM- they have NO DISCLOSURE AT ALL from a business that makes it near impossible to cancel while everyone is coming across hard times. Seem to add you to a membership plan with no warning which in itself takes £10 a month minimum, weekly 2.50 payments which again aren’t mentioned anywhere. Cancelled my saving account which charges you £30 if you don’t create a new bank account with a partnering bank (all of them shocking banks). Simply trying to get into a chat with someone or search for a way to contact them seemed like mission impossible, I had an account open for just over a month (two weeks of which I spent just trying to close it) and they have taken £47.50for no service at all. Tried to complain via their support email and they just completely dismissed me.
