I have been using Helium 10 for 2 years and paying them like $99 each month. They gave me a free trial for diamond and after that without any notice upgraded me to a diamond plan and start charging $249 when I reach customer support very next day. It was terrible for someone from china or the Philippines and no help from them.I had to cancel my membership and will join JUNGLE SCOUT or some other tool.I will reach out to my bank for this fraudulent transaction and request a chargeback.
