N26 fraud hotline is not responsible for fraud cases! lol. Instead of taking care of your problem, instead the business relationship is terminated without notice! At N26 you are not helped, but relieved of your own money. No one can help you in the chat either, except that you get an email address where you have to go. A quick help where fast response is needed is not possible at N26! so disappointing! With N26, all is well and good if there are no problems. I can only advise everyone against N26. If you need security and competent help, don’t go to N26.
