I booked a guided tour of Hagia Sophia in Istanbul and need to cancel 24 hours before the event took place. I signed into the listing 5 minutes before the 24 hours cancelation policy was up. The option to cancel was no longer available even though I still had time. I immediately got onto their chat to try and get a refund. After going back and forth with them for 40 minutes they said they would not issue a full refund. The company cut off the time to cancel before 24 hours and then refused to offer any relieve. Seems like a scam.
