I ordered my hoodie on November 6th I am still waiting for it to arrive before Christmas as it is supposed to be a gift. Tracking is very vague. Customer service is no help and also very vague. There is no phone number to speak to a live person. This has been very stressful….I pray this is not a scam and just poor business practices.
