I bought 400.00 worth of Vanilla gift cards for birthday at Target and they are fraud. They add money at the same time deduct it leaving you with a zero funds available. I have reach out to Vanilla and its the worse customer service every. They give you the run around. Asking you to submit supporting documents and never gets back to you to you. I am on month 2 and still i dont have mu complete refund. Never again Help is necessary
