Yes I’ve been robbed the same as all the reviews on here. Ordered & payed for a freezer by credit card and waiting in for delivery on the quoted delivery date of the 18th November. Yes you guessed it, not delivered. Emailed them to find out why and was told freezer delivered to an address 250 miles away. I was then quoted delivery would be on the 24th at 5pm with a free crock pot. 6pm I received an email to say they had delivered it to the wrong address again, delivery will now be the 30th November. After the first failed delivery I checked the review sites and found a good number of people had the same issue. I contacted the credit card company and also trading standards to report this. If you’ve been scammed by this company please report to trading standards as this is the only way to stop this company. I ask trading standards why is this company still trading?
