Don’t use unless you want to waste time and money. Left the only syndicate (LOTTIE49176) I was in and removed my payment details over 2 weeks ago. Checked again today after seeing more money has been from my bank account. Logged into the website and tried to leave the same syndicate to be told ‘Syndicate has not been stopped, please try again later’. Used the ‘help bot’ to do the same thing and that also failed. So far no answer from them on Facebook as they don’t have a phone number or email to contact. Honestly looks a bit dodgy because you don’t even know your lotto lines when they’re entered or who’s in what syndicate. So little information could easily be fraudulent. Please get back to me so that I can actually stop these payments and close the account after.
