Terrible service. Help to get rid of them. Misselling contracts. Please be aware of these scammers. I was told of 18m and found out it is 36m contract. I would rate this is as a negative star. You have only option to upgrade after 18m for another 36m with higher price. Basically you can never come out of this trap
