This service is PURE SCAM! Liz Young never answered our emailed questions of transparency before starting our campaign after 3 attempts. Guess she didn’t want to lie so she just didn’t answer them. But, as soon as we canceled the service, not even a minute goes by that she’s sends an email asking for a reason for the cancellation. Explained everything to her (which we posted in the previous rating), and requested a refund. As suspected NEVER heard back from her. Bad customer service and a scam using bots plays. Disputed the charge with our bank on the grounds of fraudulent services and got refunded. Stay away from this service and scam bot play services like these. They will get your music flagged and taken down from Spotify. FYI people, when you run into these types of experiences and you request a refund, just dispute the charge with your bank to get your money back because they certainly won’t refund it when they have scammed you.To your Reply: Standard copy and paste reply.
