my experience was poor. Expedia charged huge money for car rental and insurance and for hotel. The hotel had a dirty room with mold and roaches and did not have clean rooms. The hotel refunded to Expedia the same day. Expedia did not refund to me. Payless – the car company that Expedia charged me for could not have a car for me – they refused to serve me and told me to ask for refund from Expedia. Expedia pretends that they do not know about my refund request. I paid to Expedia for car rental and for hotel and did not use services, though I arrived on time to both places – and I had to pay to another hotel and another car rental company on the same day – to get what I needed – Expedia is a huge scam. I will go legal if they just keep (=steal my money) – I know they have small printed clause – however, there is God who sees all and punishes the crooks.
