I would give 0 stars if I could. Placed an order for a pair of loafers, they arrived damaged & scuffed. I got in contact with seller & merchant only to be offered a partial refund. The shoes are useless, I wanted to return for a full refund but was told I would have to pay for return fee. AVOID AVOID AVOIDThis company seems to be very problematic as I have now had a few bad experiences with them.Nothing but scammers. DHGATE always seems to favour the seller even if seller is in the wrong. Not even worth appealing anything with them. Just avoid shoppping from them at this rate.
