AVOID. The Curve card and app is great, but their service is completely let down by their complete lack of customer support.In the first instance I got double charged for a transaction. It took them 4 days to reply and a further week to resolve it.In the second instance my card details got leaked and someone claiming to be from Curve called me. When I called Curve directly, they don’t have fraud support, just an automated phone system, and it redirects you to a form to fill in online – even when picking the fraudulent transactions option. The form then states you’ll hear back in 3-5 days. I didn’t.Card canceled.
