Item not as advertised and terrible customer service – don’t buy from them! Wanted to return the time and they only offered a discount. I did not accept their offer and they just went silent. Ignoring my emails and made no effort to resolve the issue.Scammers, cheap quality and they threaten you with high cost of return so that you keep the item.Date of experience: November 20, 2022
