Total Scam! Do not join their program. If you are a professional looking for leads, this is not the place. I’ve been in sales for over 20yrs and have used various lead sources during my career. In my opinion, Angi leads are the worst we’ve ever experienced. They are the bottom of the barrel, price shoppers yet Angi charges three times what other lead sources charge. Most are also outside of the area you tell them you want. These come in as “opportunities” and they are even more expensive. In addition, they price their leads based on Zip Codes. That IMO is unethical. When I asked for a refund, their reply was “that is not our policy”. So, I said, fine I’ll dispute the charges with my credit card company (which I did) for Fraudulent Representation of Lead Quality and then post this review. They did not care. I guess they are used to this. I have no idea how they are still in business.
