DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!I made a booking with them on Saturday and requested direct flights both ways, on receipt of my booking they gave me a flight back with a stop over, I tried to cancel then only to be told that I couldn’t, as the airline I was booked on was a low cost airline, but this was never mentioned at the time of booking, plus my booking was with edreams not the airline.The customer service is pitiful and I’m sure what they are doing is an illegal practice, if they do not refund my money I will raise a fraud case with my bank.Avoid at all cost!!!!!!
