It is a scam website and company, I wish I have seen these reviews prior to book flight through travelgenio. My flight from London to Lahore has changed and one connection is cancelled but Travelgenio is completely unaware and didn’t offer any alternate even I have contacted them. Thanks to Turkish airways who kept me updated.Now there is no proper communication medium with Travelgenio and it doesn’t look they have any structure and system of customer service and refund.Travelgenio don’t copy paste your same apology message here, give me a solution. I have paid for tickets 2 months ago, you can’t have my £1000s and don’t provide the service.
