Ordered over a month ago. Ordered stock items, so no manufacturing involved. They reported on the site that they have stock. Nothing has been sent. I’ve emailed several times and have never received a response. I can only assume this is a scam. I’m initiating a charge-back through the credit card company.———- Update: after posting this review they contacted me and processed the order. They emailed me and blamed too many orders, and then later, global shortages. They did not address the fact they had ignored all my communications for a month. They have emailed twice asking me to remove this review, but have not suggested that their customer service will change for anyone. My advice: if they are ignoring you too, post a review here, it seems to be the only way to get their attention.
