Same as everyone else who has posted. Item apparently delivered to another address. Stated they will deliver again next week with the bonus of a crockpot for the inconvenience. Unable to contact for refund, telephone dead, web chat no response. Absolute scam.. avoid at all cost!!!! Totally disgusted as was Christmas present for children. Have contacted credit card company and now have to wait for 30days before refund can be started but thankful to have paid this way as at least some protection. Can’t understand how this company can still be trading and advertising Black Friday sales! Don’t know how these low life’s sleep in their bed at night.
