Yes. This company is a scam. I thought I was booking through Hilton.com. Paid more than twice what the room was worth. Customer service did the same thing to me. 10% off just the base rate. So $21 that I won’t see for “5-7 days” after booking. I feel like an idiot but this was predatory. Really looked like I was booking through Hilton! I pray at least the room is legit and my family and I are not out in the cold.
