    I signed up for the app this morning, and then followed up within a few hours, that I was disappointed with the app. Although the app tends to define your goals when you start using the application, by asking you questions, etc., I have found that if you DON’T read the fine print, there are loopholes that the Company has in their terms in order to escape refunds when you are unsatisfied with their product. I sent their customer service a message stating that I wasn’t happy with the program after working through the first yoga class. I received a quick response wanting more information as to “why” I was dissatisfied. I stated why and then the loopholes began to surface. I encourage you to read the fine print with this Company and prepare for poor customer service! I’m not sure how many people fall into this money pit, but based on the customer service and fine print, they are braced to let you down before you even begin their program. If everyone pays $19.99 to get “hooked” and then be let down by this Company, I would say they are scamming a lot of people. Grrrrrr. I’m am so frustrated!
