Nearly as bad as PayPal (ok that is a bit extreme). 2 accounts. #1 demand for more info, refused to accept more info, lost patience with circular tech support ping-pong so closed the account using the dashboard. Job done, now using an alternative payment system.#2 demand for more info, suspect (spoof) communication: took them nearly a week to confirm comms were genuine (so no “immediacy” when it comes to scamming) but now locked out of the account because the AI wont accept a UK driving licence photo card (with the address) as ID. Completely stupid, circular, nonsensical and obstructive tech support.From new, I wouldn’t touch these jokers with a barge pole. The problem is that now we have an account we can’t close it. Maybe we should just start money laundering through it. That would get it closed down…Really, very, extreme;y NOT IMPRESSED
