Recieved log on details after purchase. Tired numerous times to log in to get the codes and everytime it said account not recognised. Contacted customer services for help, no help whatsoever, despite trying to explain what was happening, sending photograph evidence they still refused to help get my son into the account. Refused a refund as well. Scammers and very unhelpful. Avoid at all costsI never said you refused customer service I said you were very unhelpful, and you kept repeating the same instructions over again despite being told it wasn’t working!The account is not working, my son cannot log in to get the codes. How many times do I have to tell you this!!
