Scam company. I booked a reservation and when I arrived to the hotel they told me everything was booked even though I reserved with TravelUro 1 day ahead of time. 1 month later going back and forth with TravelUro they are denying a refund even though I never used the room and it was their fault they dont confirm booking availability. How is this company still in business? What a scam. Stay away!!
