I booked tickets but then I didn’t receive anything other than a confirmation of booking but no actual booking. We called them and they said the flights booked up before they could verify with the airline. I could have booked directly with airline for $50 more but now I’ve lost out on that price. When we c add led them to ask about it they said they had called and emailed me but no missed calls, messages or emails were received. They basically do a bait and switch to get you to book with them then try to rebook you at a higher price. Total scam.
