I gave them a 1 because there was no lower rating. I had a slot scheduled from 8-10 am. After no call or show, I got a text at 10:30 with an ETA between 10:45 and 11:15. After another no call or show I called them at 12:30 and was told the tech was on his way. It’s 3:30-no tech. They’re a scam.
