I ordered two basic large display frames and misc. parts from Minifigures Display over 7 months (approx. 30 weeks) ago and have still not received the product nor anything that verifies the frames are actually finished and close to being shipped. I have followed up via email with the company multiple times over this period and–similar to many other reviewers on this site–have only received vague excuses with continually unmet promises of “shipping soon.”Echoing other reviewers, I believe this company is essentially operating a scam reliant on customers’ lack of knowledge of their dishonest business practices. After reading these reviews, I will be initiating a chargeback with haste and will be continuing to spread the word as much as I can about this disreputable company.
