When they connect you to a solicitor, they send you message about talking over the phone for £44!.I clicked by mistake and then had to ask for a refund. I never got any advice and still kept getting messages to talk over the phone for £44. Wasted 5 hours been told to refer to the customer centre. Don’t know why these scams are allowed in this country.
