I ordered one pillow and pillow case and was charged for 4 pillows and 4 pillow cases. Within minutes I lodged a request for refund for the 3 pillows & cases and they told me it was too late, but not to worry, I can send them back. After multiple emails all they do is give you offers to keep them. I don’t want it, I want my money back! Now they are expecting me to pay shipping costs to send it back! Why am I having to pay for their mistake!? DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! AVOID THIS COMPANY, they have DEFRAUDED ME!
