I would not give this company any stars but that is not an option. This is the biggest SCAM! Do not use them. They need to be reported and shut down before they take more money from honest people. I booked a hotel and was at the airport when they called to tell me I owed them more money. I refused and told them to cancel the reservation. They proceeded to call me constantly to “negotiate” the price. They had already taken my $ and I told them I wanted my $ back. They kept sending me emails telling me it was in process and the finance team was looking into my refund. I am still waiting over a month for a refund. I have contacted to Better Business Bureau about this company.
