Bought an electric scooter that stopped working after a few months to which they replied electric scooters were not covered by warranty (scooter was used 3 times).Low grade product with an impossible to read user manual (absolutely trash translation).Dodgy business model. Low quality products and service. I’ll avoid like the plague. Shouldn’t be legally allowed to operate in the European Union market if they don’t abide by its laws. I regret everyday that I didn’t escalate this to the small claims court.
