There is no option for 0 stars. This company appears to be a scam. I ordered and paid for suitcases on October 11, 3022, and got a confirmation of receipt of my payment immediately by email from this company and then crickets! I get no shipping notification…nothing and it is now nearly December. I have emailed them three (3) times and no response. I ordered the suitcases on instagram and I will NEVER order anything on instagram again. They apparently allow scammers to scam their account holders.
