Do not buy from this company, unless you know the risk. The tool was painful. I tried to return for a refund (pursuant to their “easy” 30-day return policy if you are dissatisfied), but have only gotten the run around. I have sent 4 additional emails and no response. No one answers the phone number listed on the cc transaction.Update: I have sent multiple emails and the company doesn’t respond. You can see all of their responses here ask for an email. I gave up and filed a dispute with my cc company. I will also file complaints with the appropriate state agencies since their practices are fraudulent.
