Very bad customer service I asked for refund after cancelling an order I was told to wait 7 working days, then 18 working days and now 30 working days, my account shows refund issued but when I try to delete my account I am informed that I cannot because there is outstanding payment pending? After leaving messages with the chat bots they employ I am told I have received my refund and the next time I am told I need to wait longer?The trainers I bought at same time did arrive and tbh are only fit for the binPlease read this and save yourself the aggravation and wasted time and money. Do not buy anything from this scam siteThey have just sent response to this review but I am done with contact their customer service as all you get is same response BS BS BS BS DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM SITE
