I have just closed my account after 1 years had passed and they had to refund me £360 but I only received £240. When I tried to contact someone, there was no email, no phone, no chat where I could reach them to ask what was going on with my money. For me this is a huge scam and I would not recommend this company. I expect someone to contact me shortly to explain what is happening with my money.
