Like most of the other reviews a scam. Refund of £24.90 refused on the basis I had ticked a box confirming subscription. Nonsense! As another reviewer stated one looks for a specific manual and the subscription element is not shown on the particular page for the required manual. Apparently it is on the Homepage, but who visits that when searching a specific manual? Dubious practice which is being reported to Trading Standards and will chargeback through my bank.Never use this rogue outfit.
