On 11/19/2022 I received instructions for getting rid of a scam audio on my computer which I could not delete. I was instructed to unplug computer at the wall, hold down the power button for one minute, then release. The scam disappeared and my program came back on. So simple, so fast. Thank you, JustAnswer.
