I had purchased ticket thru Bravolfy agency. Our (with family) return flight was 21st Nov as per confirmation. I reached in cochin airport on time but airport authorities were saying the ticket need to be reconfirmed with agency. I tried to contact one of the bravofly representative but they didn’t make the reconfirmation without any valid reason. I couldn’t express the situation that I faced in airport and I was totally collapsed mentally and physically. They don’t have right contact number to contact in time and I communicated thru chat box that too very late response. I request those who read this review, Please do not book any air ticket thru this agency. I lost my money and time. As per airport authorities, it happens for passengers, but particular agencies used to clear such issue on time. I wish that others should not face such difficulties by choosing this kind of fraud agency where I been faced lot.
