Lens.com is absolutely the WORST! They lure you with a rebate and do not deliver. And I was a repeat customer. First time I got my rebate after a couple of months. Second time – they make you cut up the boxes used to safely store your contacts in to send them the box tops. Total stupidity as now your contacts supply are all loose. 8 Months later still no rebate. Called them up and they said “We’re behind”.There is a word for how they operate –> FRAUD!And FWIW – Get your contacts as COSTCO – better price and you don’t get scammed by the rebate fraud.
