DESPITE the fact that I have provided proof of the charge and the money being withdrawn from my bank account. 7 conversations with terrible customer service representatives later and they just keep feeding me the same script. Most of the time, they ignore the issue and send VAGUE responses that don’t relate to the situation at all. It’s clear from these reviews that I’m not the only one being screwed over.
