I went and paid $249 for the elite plan and paid $25 for business cards… I received a call from a scam likely number to find out it was tailor brands trying to get more money from me. I explained to them that I am having issues signing on ..the rep did not care he proceeded to explain about the $250 when I advised him once again that I can not sign in he gets very rude and tells me he can not help me with that ..that he can create a ticket…so basically a the want to do is collect money but not truly help you… How can you collect $120 fee and not even try to help me sign in to my account I try to reset password and once I enter the new password nothing happens it does not save ..yesterday when I tried processing the payments I had to do it 3 times for it to finally go through ….I wish I would have read these reviews and realized that they’re not affiliated with better business bureau before I submitted these payments…do not trust this company
