The rebate seems to be a scam — Lens.com tells you you must mail in the rebate form within 12 weeks … they then state it will take 12 weeks for you to receive the rebate.It has been 22 weeks (5 months) since I sent in the form … it is still in limboThey state on their website “Notice: The service levels of our rebate vendors have been seriously impacted by global raw material supply chain delays. Rest assured you will receive your rebate.”These are Prepaid Visa Cards & they are available in EVERY grocery store & drug store in the US — there are no global raw material supply chain issues — that’s Hogwash!
